Abstract:Numerous pathological disorders with widely differing origins and characteristics can affect the human jaws. These lesions can range from benign, but locally aggressive, lesions like ameloblastoma and odontogenic myxoma, to extremely destructive, potentially fatal lesions like malignant squamous cell carcinomas and osteosarcomas.
