Abstract:Pterin deaminase stands as a metalloenzyme and exhibits both antitumor and anticancer activities. Therefore, this study aimed to explore the molecular function of zinc finger protein‐160 (zfp160) from Aspergillus terreus with its enzyme mechanism in detail.
