Consumer Behavior during the Pandemic in Malaysia: A Study of Grab Mart

Abstract: During the COVID-19 pandemic, delivery service is in demand in Malaysia due to the implementation of MCO (Movement Control Order), CMCO (Conditional Movement Control Order), RMCO (Recovery Movement Control Order), and FMCO (Full Movement Control Order), the government to stop the spreading of the virus COVID-19.
