Consumption of Sinlek Rice Drink Improved Red Cell Indices in Anemic Elderly Subjects

Abstract: Iron fortifications are used for the treatment of iron-deficiency anemia; however, iron dosing may cause oxidative damage to the gut lumen. Thai Sinlek rice is abundant in iron and contains phytochemicals.
