On the other hand, concerns about CAPB have been raised recently by several papers reporting allergic contact dermatitis to CAPB in shampoos, skin cleaners, make-up removers, and contact lens solutions (1)(2)(3)(4)(5)(6)(7)(8)(9). Allergic contact dermatitis, sometimes referred to as skin sensitization, is a skin response, such as a rash, resulting from a substance's touching the skin and involving the immune system.…”
