Contactless coupling of dielectric elastomer membranes with magnetic repulsion

Abstract: Dielectric elastomer (DE) actuators such as conventional double cone configurations have demonstrated that coupled DE membranes can be rigidly-coupled to execute antagonistic out-of-plane actuation.
