Abstract: Testicular sex cord–stromal tumors (TSCSTs) are relatively rare, representing ~5% of testicular neoplasms overall. Historically, TSCSTs have been classified into 3 major entities: Leydig cell tumor, Sertoli cell tumor, and granulosa cell tumor.
