Contestation and Collaboration for Water Resources: Comparing the Emerging Regional Water Governance of the Aral Sea, Irtysh River, and Mekong River

Abstract: This paper enquires into how effectively “regional transboundary water governance” functions in resolving ecological problems associated with shared water resources.
