“…The design of complex distributed systems is increasingly adopting the social‐computing paradigm, and we are continuously witnessing the integration of human‐based resources with hardware and software resources/services in mixed systems. Complex systems are being envisioned with human‐machine computations (eg, other works), where, in addition to software services and hardware devices, people can also provide their skills as computational resources.
