Contextualising the Determinants of Job Embeddedness in the Higher Learning Institution with the Lenses of African Culture

Abstract: The researcher investigated how African culture and additional factors contributes to job embeddedness in the higher learning institution. 12 participants, including academics and nonacademics, formed part of the study at a higher learning institution. In-depth interviews were carried out, and the data collected were analysed utilising thematic content analysis.
