Contingent Effects of Team Knowledge Diversity on Novelty in Management Research

Abstract: Our understanding of the impact of team diversity on the team's innovativeness is still limited. There is a lack of research on the contingencies that drive the effectiveness of team heterogeneity and specifically knowledge diversity.
