Continuous sensing of IFNα by hepatic endothelial cells shapes a vascular antimetastatic barrier

Abstract: Hepatic metastases are a poor prognostic factor of colorectal carcinoma (CRC) and new strategies to reduce the risk of liver CRC colonization are highly needed.
