Continuous-time adaptive recursive and nonrecursive filters

Abstract: The usefulness of continuous-time adaptive nonrecursive and recursive filters (CTANRF's and CTARFls) in the field of adaptive signal processing is considered. Their performance characterstics are established with hardware implementation and theortical results verified with experimental values obtained from the hardware prototype. An adaptive channel equalizer is designed, capable of handling signal bandwidths of about 10 MHz to demonstrate feasibility of practical adaptive ciruits.
