Abstract:Back ground: Contraception helps prevent unplanned pregnancies and mother to child HIV transmission among human immune virus positive women. Contraceptive use status and associated factors were not well addressed in the study area. This study aimed to assess contraceptives use and associated factors among HIV positive sexually active women at anti-retroviral therapy clinic in Felege Hiwot Referral Hospital, Northwest Ethiopia.
