Contributions of Community Health Fund to Social Health Security in Kalambo District Rukwa, Tanzania

Abstract: Community Health Fund (CHF) was established in 1996 as a District Council based pre-payment health insurance scheme in Tanzania with the aim of improving health of communities working in the informal sectors.
