An analytical method has been developed to determine the chlorophenoxy herbicides (CPHs) in fillet and intestines of fish within the ppt-range (ng/kg fillet). The achieved detection limit is within the ppt-range (ng/kg fillet) and vary between 100 and 150 ng/kg fillet of fish, while the recoveries range from 86 to 103%, spiked at 8 g/kg.
