“…So far, it has been reported from 21 countries in Europe, including Belgium, Britain, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovak Republic, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine ( Söderström et al 2002, Ellis et al 2011, 2021, Gospodinov & Natcheva 2022) and central part of European Russia ( Potemkin & Volobaev 2008). In Asia, the species has been known from Türkiye ( Özenoğlu et al 2019), Japan ( Katagiri & Furuki 2018), Russian Siberia and Russian Far East ( Borovichev & Bakalin 2016).
