Control of Hydrolysis and Condensation Activities of Thermolysin by Ultrasound Irradiation

Abstract: Hydrolysis and condensation reactions of peptides catalyzed by thermolysin can be reversibly controlled by on/off ultrasound irradiation depending on its frequency region.
