“…Stochastic resonance can be occurred when synergistic effect of three elements, they are weak periodic signal, noise signal and nonlinear systems. For the fractional overdamped Langevin equation, SR is generated when the parameters achieved synchronization, which are weak signal's amplitude and frequency, the intensity of the noise signal and the structural parameters of nonlinear systems [15]. Changing these parameters can make fractional systems stochastic resonance phenomenon, but in the actual production and applications, weak periodic signal and the noise signal, and nonlinear structural parameters tend to be constant, changing its barrier height is not possible.…”
