“…For the non-modified Al 2 O 3 surface, two peaks' components were observed after deconvolution (Figure 3e)-the peak at ~531.2 eV ascribed to O in Al 2 O 3 and the peak at ~532.0 eV typically assigned to OH − , chemisorbed oxygen or dissociated oxygen [17].
