Controllable tuning of ferroelectric switching via the lattice in crystallographically engineered molecular ferroelectrics

Abstract: Reducing the switching energy and improving the switching speed of ferroelectrics remain an important goal in the pursuit of electronic devices with ultralow energy consumption and ultrafast response.
