Abstract:Deoxycholate (DA) is a natural emulsifying agent involved in the absorption of dietary lipids. Due to the facial distribution of hydrophobic-hydrophilic region, DA easily aggregates under ambient conditions, and this property hinders the practical application of DA in clinical applications.
