Controversy concerning the criminal justice system and its implications for the role of mental health workers.

Abstract: 2 The indefinite sentence lasts until the person is pronounced "cured," as in the case of civil commitments to a mental hospital. The indeterminate sentence is a penalty sentence, usually with a maximum and minimum time specified.
