Converging and Diverging Governance Mechanisms: the Dynamic Interplay of (Dys)function

Abstract: This paper explores governance mechanisms and the dynamic interplay of functional and dysfunctional behaviour, what we term '(dys)function', in long-term inter-organizational relationships.
