Abstract:Single-Cell Protein (SCP) represents microbial cells (primary) grown in mass culture and harvested for use as protein sources in foods or animal feeds. In the present study, mainly focused on scale up production of yeast biomass was using different cheap carbon source such as mango, cashew apple, jackfruit, apple, maize, watermelon, tamarind, guava and sweet potato pulps.
