Cooperative Localization under Ionospheric Scintillation Events

Abstract: Ionospheric scintillation causes major impairments to Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) in low-latitude regions. In severe scenarios, this event can lead to complete loss of lock, thus making GNSS measurements unusable for navigation.
