Coordination Challenges Facing Effective Flood Governance in the Ciliwung River Basin

Abstract: The Ciliwung River in Java, Indonesia, is known to cause frequent flooding in the downstream capital city of Jakarta. From source to mouth the river flows through several administrative units.
