“…At the time of the CAMB establishment, 4604 individuals had died or had previously asked to be excluded from cohort follow-ups, which yielded a sample of 24 751 persons eligible for invitation into CAMB. Due to lack of resources, 6814 persons (28% of those eligible) were further excluded as they lived in the Western part of Denmark, too far from the study clinic (26).
