Copolymerization behavior of diallyldimethylammonium chloride‐nonionic macromonomer in water‐ether mixture solution and flotation performance of the copolymer for treating oily wastewater
Abstract:Copolymerization of cationic monomer and nonionic macromonomer in water-ether mixture solution is useful for preparing the functional polymer. Copolymer of diallyldimethylammonium chloride (DMDAAC) and a nonionic block polyether macromonomer (PEP-65) has been found that has very well reverse demulsification performance, but the polymerization phenomenon cannot be described by any reported polymerization method. In this paper, the copolymerization behavior including polymer mechanism, polymerization kinetics, a… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
