Abstract:This chapter examines the thinkers who promoted intellectual emancipation by emphasizing integrity over education. The chapter questions mainstream education's efficacy and offers alternatives. The chapter analyzes Vine Deloria, Paolo Freire, and Frantz Fanon's intellectual emancipation discourse.
