Abstract:Purpose: To investigate corneal biomechanical properties and its associations with the severity of lens dislocation in patients with Marfan syndrome.Methods: A total of 30patients with Marfan syndrome and 30 age-, sex-and axial length (AL) -matched controls were recruited.
