Corneal pannus (chronic superficial keratitis) in the German Shepherd Dog

Abstract: The clinical features, histopathology and treatment of corneal pannus (chronic superficial keratitis) in a series of eighty‐four German Shepherd Dogs are reported. The aetiology of the condition and its therapeutic management are discussed in the light of these findings.
