Coronary Artery Connection Abnormality Revealed by Acute Coronary Syndrome: A Case Report and Review of the Literature

Abstract: Coronary artery connection abnormalities are rare with an angiographic prevalence of approximately 1%. Their symptomatology is very varied, from incidental discovery to sudden death by myocardial ischemia, especially during exercise, hence the importance of early diagnosis and management.
