Coronary microvascular dysfunction in patients with heart failure with preserved ejection fraction

Abstract: There are multiple proposed mechanisms for the pathophysiology of heart failure (HF) with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF). We hypothesized that coronary microvascular dysfunction is common in these patients.
