Corporate governance and sustainability disclosure: evidence from Jordan

Abstract: Purpose This paper aims to examine the impact of corporate governance (CG) on sustainability disclosure (SD) from the perspectives of resource dependence, agency and stakeholder theories in the context of Jordan.
