Corporate social responsibility and organizational commitment

Abstract: Purpose -This paper investigated how perception of organization's social responsibility influenced employees' organizational commitment (OC). Besides, the moderation effect of importance of ethics and social responsibility (ICSR) has been investigated on the relationship.
