Corporate social responsibility and organizational commitment: evidence from Kazakhstan

Abstract: Purpose: This study aims to analyze how Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) affects employees’ organizational commitment.Design / methodology / approach: Data were collected through a self-administered survey questionnaire.
