Abstract:This present paper provides an in-depth analysis of CSR practices in Morocco, focusing on the Office Cherifien of Phosphates (OCP) as a case study. The study explores the historical evolution of CSR at the international level, as well as its adaptation to Moroccan socio-economic specificities.
