Corporate social responsibility, marketing capabilities and consumer behavioral responses

Abstract: PurposeThe purpose of the study was to examine the effect of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and marketing capability on consumer behavioral responses in the mobile telecommunication industry in Ghana.
