Corporate social responsibility of small- to medium-size enterprises as a solution to out-migration: an example from the hospitality sector

“…Such studies have been viewed with scepticism due to the young age of the participants (Parboteeah et al, 2009); they also offer limited academic understanding of the phenomenon amongst practitioners and thus the work attracts little attention from organisational leaders (Parboteeah et al, 2009).
