В метаанализе Veroniki A, et al было продемонстрировано, что спонсированные производителями лекарственных препаратов метаанализы значительно чаще выявляли благоприятный эффект препарата (в 100% случаев) в сравнении с независимыми метаанализами (выявляли благоприятный эффект препарата в 80% случаев) [29]. Вряд ли такие различия были случайными, скорее всего авторы спонсированных фармацевтическими фирмами метаанализов умело выбирали критерии включения и невключения исследований в метаанализ, стремясь добиться желаемого результата.…”
