“…The NEOTORCH study was a similarly designed trial conducted entirely in China, comparing preoperative chemotherapy with the ICI toripalimab or placebo added to 3 cycles of platinum-based chemotherapy, then followed by planned surgery, adjuvant chemotherapy with toripalimab or placebo for 1 additional cycle, and then adjuvant toripalimab or placebo alone to complete a year of systemic therapy.
