The quality of software production is considered important when testing which is involves several IT Staff such as IT development, operation, end-user. One of the issue was having today is a bug processing where it almost all platforms too difficult to avoid from the bugs and even might be full of the risks. In the main of Our focus is on how to measure and attempt to reduce the number were indicated as bugs from low up to critical levels. Furthermore, we were propose with a method already known as a fuzzy logic approach to measure the severity of the presence of bugs during the testing process. there are 20 thousand even more bugs have been reported and be supposed removed with the fuzzy logic approach with various levels. As The end result is that we have found a gradual 20% reduction in various criteria in the testing process as experimentally. Therefore, fuzzy logic is considered as effective enough to be able to improve existing methods and support to reduce bugs significantly.

Bug tracking tools are vital for managing bugs in any open source as well as proprietary commercial projects. Considering the significance of using an appropriate bug tracking tool, we assess the features offered by 31 open source bug tracking tools and their significance of usage in open source projects. We have categorized these tools into different classes based on their features. We have also conducted a developer survey by working with open source software practitioners to understand the effectiveness of these tools in their day-to-day software development. We also explored StackOverFlow -a developer Q&A forum to understand the developer experiences and challenges while using open source bug tracking tools. Our observations generated encouraging results that can used as a recommendation guide for open source software community to choose the best bug tracking tool based on their functional needs. Additionally, we have identified few features that are needed but not offered by most of these bug tracking tools.

Abstract-Bugs in Debian differ from regular software bugs. They are usually associated with packages, instead of software modules. They are caused and fixed by source package uploads instead of code commits. The majority are reported by individuals who appear in the bug database once, and only once. There also exists a small group of bug reporters with over 1,000 bug reports each to their name. We also explore our idea that a high bug-frequency for an individual package might be an indicator of popularity instead of poor quality.
