Correlation between individual autoantibodies and clinical features in primary biliary cholangitis: results of a retrospective longitudinal study

Abstract: Background and aims Primary biliary cholangitis (PBC) is an immune-mediated liver disease. The immunological profile seems to relate to clinical prognosis. This study aims to determine the role of autoantibodies in the course of liver disease and in the response to ursodeoxycholic acid.
