In today's competitive world, every individual is striving to be ahead of others and create a better future for themselves. This research is designed to focus on manufacturing based industry in Kulim, Malaysia. The aim of present study is to investigate how job satisfaction, job motivation and perceived organizational support affect the OCB in American-Based Organization in Kulim. Data were collected from 300 employees of three different organizations. For collecting the data, survey method was used with a structured questionnaire. It is found in the study that job satisfaction, job motivation and perceived organizational support have highly positive correlation with organizational citizenship behavior. However, Perceived Organizational Support has the highest correlation with OCB. It happens because when the employees receive support from the organization, they will be elevated to perform better for the organization. Support in terms of rewards and incentives can further increase the motivation level of employees. So foreign companies should emphasize on these issues to increase OCB among the employees so that they can be devoted for the organizations.

Objective: The objective was to investigate path analysis of work-family conflict, job salary and promotion satisfaction, job burnout to subjective well-being of primary and middle school principals, and provide advices for enhancing their subjective well-being. Methods: Totally 300 primary and middle school principals in Chongqing completed the WFC, JSPSS, MBI-GS and GWB. Results: There were four significant paths: 1) work-family conflict could influence subjective wellbeing directly (β = −0.125, P < 0.05); 2) work-family conflict could influence subjective well-being through job burnout (indirect effect was −0.197, total effect was −0.322), job burnout partially mediated the relation between work-family conflict and subjective well-being; 3) job burnout could influence subjective well-being directly (β = −0.529, P < 0.001); 4) job salary and promotion satisfaction could influence subjective well-being through job burnout (indirect effect was 0.169) and reduced the burnouts' negative influence on subjective well-being, job burnout mediated the relation between job salary and promotion satisfaction and subjective well-being. Conclusion: We can enhance subjective well-being of primary and middle school principals through balancing work-family conflict, intervening job burnout, raising incomes, providing opportunities for career roles.

Introduction:Burnout is usually defined as a state of physical, emotional and mental exhaustion that results from long-term involvement in work situations that are emotionally demanding. A great deal of researches has been devoted to the understanding of factors contributing to burnout and the negative effects that burnout has in the cost and the quality of the provided healthcare.Discussion:Many researchers believe that in difficult and stressful working conditions the work environment should be changed in order to reduce burnout levels successfully. Indeed, recent studies have highlighted the role of human resources management in burnout. It has been widely recognized that human resource management policies should be at the core of any sustainable solution that aims to increase health care systems performance and efficient.Conclusion:Motivation, leadership, empowerment and confidence are very important factors that should be considered in this direction because they are strongly related with burnout levels.
