Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a progressive, symmetric, and erosive polyarthritis with a variety of extraarticular manifestations such as mononeuritis multiplex, central nervous system vasculitis, Felty’s syndrome, dyslipidemia, carditis, and interstitial lung disease.
