Abstract: Zinc oxide (ZnO) sensing electrode (SE) for extended gate field-effect transistor (EGFET) nitrate sensor was deposited on top of indium tin oxide (ITO) substrate using two different methods which were spin coating and chemical bath deposition (CBD) methods.
