Abstract: Immune thrombocytopenic purpura is a pathological condition in which the decrease in the number of circulating platelets outlines a polymorphic picture. It takes the form of a haemorrhagic syndrome at the facial and mucosal level, manifesting usually through epistaxis, gingivorrhagia, bruising, petechial purpura.
