Correlative force and tip-enhanced Raman microscopy

Abstract: Tip-enhanced Raman scattering (TERS) microscopy attracts increasing attention for visualization and characterization of strain distribution on crystalline samples at a nanoscale due to nano-sized fields localized at a metal tip.
