Abstract:In the referenced article (1), some of the results for the two lagers (4.5% ABV) were published incorrectly. The data for premium lagers PL8 and PL9 are transposed in Figure 2, Figure 3 and Table 3. The microbiological spoilage of lager PL8 is greater than lager PL9.
